Membership & Billing Policy

Who provides memberships

Memberships are provided by Money Masterry LLC. Billing questions: info@moneymasterry.com.

Plans

• Credit Masterry, $50/month: the seven-phase, 67-lesson course, saved progress, and materials attached to lessons. Phase quizzes are planned and are not currently available.
• Credit Masterry Plus, $99/month total: not currently available for purchase. Its planned resources are not current membership benefits.

Automatic renewal

Memberships renew automatically every month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from My Membership. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you keep access until then. Cancelling a membership does not delete your free account, your career profile, or other career records.

Refunds

Membership payments are nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by law.

Billing errors

If you are charged in error, charged twice, or charged without your authorization, contact info@moneymasterry.com. We will review it and correct confirmed errors, including by refunding the incorrect charge.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Access after that depends on the payment being completed.

Plan changes

Plan changes are not currently available because Plus is not open for purchase.

Existing members

Your membership renews at your current price, and benefits recorded on your account are preserved. This policy does not authorize changing an existing member's price.

Memberships are not services

A membership does not include personal client work, credit disputes, lender applications, or acceptance into Bank Boost or the Credit Partner Program.

Changes

We will post updates here with a new effective date.
