Accounts and services are for customers in the United States who are 18 or older. Anyone may browse our public pages.

Your account

Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your sign-in details secure and do not share them. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at info@moneymasterry.com if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Education, not individual advice

Course content, lessons, free resources and general site content are educational. They are not legal, tax, or individualized financial advice and do not create a client relationship.

Services are separate engagements

Paid services are separate engagements governed by their own written client agreements. These terms do not override those agreements or any rights you have under applicable law.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee credit-score changes, deletions, approvals, funding amounts, or financial results.

Third-party decisions

Decisions about jobs, admissions, credit, funding and other opportunities are made by the relevant employer, school, lender or provider, not by Money Masterry.

No authorization by using the site

Using the site or accepting these terms does not authorize Money Masterry to obtain your credit reports or make credit inquiries, open accounts, submit lender applications, act as a guarantor, spend funds on your behalf, or enroll you in any investment or partnership program. Those actions require separate, specific written authorization.

Free resources and templates

You may download, edit, complete and use our free templates, worksheets and résumé tools for your own personal, career or business purposes as intended. You may not resell them, redistribute or republish the resource library, or present it as your own product.

Memberships

Memberships are for one person. Do not share your account or course content. We may suspend accounts used to share or resell content.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• access or try to access accounts, records or areas of the site you are not authorized to use;
• upload viruses, malicious code, or unlawful or infringing files;
• interfere with the site's operation or security, or scrape it in bulk;
• submit false information or impersonate someone else;
• use the site to harass others or for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Live Chat is free. Using it does not require a paid service contract and does not create one.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date.
